Dr. Ahmed is a believer that our bodies are connected to the world around us. After multiple injuries from competitive varsity rowing at the collegiate level and marathon running, Dr. Ahmed found yoga while in dental school as a physical means of healing.
What she found was a practice that helped her bring awareness to her mind, body, and people around her. Using breath-work in the office and other holistic modalities, Dr. Ahmed loves to teach yoga and incorporates the philosophy in the dental office to better connect with patients.
